Brian Mwango is a postgraduate student pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Strategy at the University of Zambia, Graduate School of Business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Copperbelt University. Brian has developed a multidisciplinary professional profile with experience spanning the banking, telecommunications, and public sectors, where he has served in customer service and service executive roles. His professional interests lie in strategic management, risk management, and economic development, with a particular focus on enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. His current research examines the effectiveness of the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone (LS-MFEZ) using Porter’s Diamond Model, with emphasis on investment attraction and manufacturing sector growth as indicators of Zambia’s economic transformation. Brian is committed to advancing evidence-based decision-making and contributing to policy and institutional development in Zambia and beyond.
