It can be used at any accredited university or college offering post-graduate courses in aerospace engineering and space sciences. Over the years, Zonta International has awarded this fellowship to 1,305 women from 77 countries, totaling more than $11.6 million.
Eligibility and Requirements
To qualify for the Zonta International Amelia Earhart Fellowship, applicants must be women of any nationality pursuing a Ph.D./doctoral degree in aerospace engineering or space sciences. They need to demonstrate a superior academic record and showcase research applied to these fields. Additionally, candidates must be registered in a full-time Ph.D./doctoral program and have completed at least one year of study, or hold a master’s degree in an aerospace-applied field at the time of application.
