The Nigerian Journal of Life Sciences (ISSN: 2276-7029) is an official publication of the Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. The journal provides the medium for the rapid publications of pure and applied research, review articles and scientific investigations in all aspects of Life Sciences studies. The Nigeria Journal of Life Sciences publishes original research papers in life sciences (Biochemistry, Botany, Environmental Management and Toxicology, Microbiology, Optometry, Science Laboratory Technology and Zoology), and related fields including Basic Medical Sciences and Agriculture. Reviews that make significant contributions to any field in life sciences may be considered. 
The Journal is devoted primarily to pure and applied research and provides a medium for the publication of investigations in all aspects of Parasitology. The Journal will publish original research and technical studies carried out in the country, as well as works and documents from foreigners which are of interest to Nigeria. The Nigerian Journal of Parasitology publishes original research works on Parasitology (epidemiology, vector biology, public health, disease prevention, molecular and biochemical parasitology, drug testing, diagnostics parasitology, control, socio medicine and international health) 
The Nigerian Medical Journal publishes scientific reports that seek to advance medical and health science in all areas. The manuscripts submitted to the Nigerian Medical Journal may be in the form of Systematic or Narrative Review articles, Original research articles, case series and reports, Letters to the Editor, Short commentaries, Continuing Medical Education articles and practice materials and Book reviews. 
The aim of the Department of Religion and Human Values at the
University of Cape Coast is to make the study of religion relevant
to the social, economic, and political needs of society. One of the
ways of doing this is through its Departmental journal, the Oguaa
Journal of Religion and Human Values. The journal is for promoting
research on issues concerning Religion and Society in areas such as
Ethics and Philosophy, African Tradition Religion, Islam, and
Christianity and the Bible. The journal gives an equal opportunity
and space to scholars to present scholarly and insightful research in
these areas of study. Every effort shall be made to have in every
edition of the journal at least one article from each of these areas.
The journal is published twice in a year—June and December. It is
our aim that the journal will become one of the journals of reference
in Africa. Thus, we hope that articles sent to us would be marked

Pharmacology & Toxicology of Natural Medicines (ISSN: 2756-6838) is an open access journal that is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in natural medicines. The journal is published only in English. It reports all aspects of the pharmacology and toxicology of extracts, fractions of extracts, isolated compounds or their synthetic derivatives, and formulated products that are of natural origin (e.g. from plants, mushrooms, animals, microbes, and marine creatures). Manuscripts are published as original articles, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editor after a fast but rigorous peer review process. Specific areas within the scope of the journal include:
Evaluation of safety and/or efficacy of natural extracts, fractions, and isolated compounds or their synthetic derivatives.
Investigation of the scientific basis for the effects of natural medicines. Repositioning studies of natural medicines with known safety and efficacy. Clinical evaluations including observati

Sokoto Journal of Veterinary Sciences (SJVS) is published by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto. The journal publishes original research articles related to veterinary sciences, including livestock health and production, diseases of wild life and fish, preventive veterinary medicine and zoonoses among others. Case reports, review articles and editorials are also accepted. The objective of the Journal is, among others, to promote the veterinary profession and facilitate the cross-fertilization of ideas in various areas of livestock production and health. 
The ECAJS aims to advance the science and art of surgery and facilitate the exchange ideas among surgeons in the constituent countries of COSECSA. The journal will consider new manuscripts on clinical research, surgical technique, surgical practice, trauma, critical care, as well as clinical reviews, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, editorials, perspectives, and letters of interest to readers in Africa and globally. 
The Nigerian Health Journal (TNHJ) is an OPEN ACCESS, internationally peer-reviewed, English language, medical and health science journal that was established in 2000, as a publication of the Nigerian Medical Association, Rivers State Branch. The mission of The Nigerian Health Journal is to advance knowledge and understanding in the field of health by publishing high-quality, evidence-based research, reviews, and articles. The journal aims to contribute to the improvement of healthcare outcomes, public health, medical practice and healthcare. The journal publishes quarterly scientific manuscripts that advance medical science or practice covering all aspects of medicine including socio-economic, political and legal perspectives related to medical practice. Town and Regional Planning is a South African accredited journal for independently adjudicated research articles on applicable topics in town, urban and regional planning. The editorial staff considers articles in English. Authors are requested to write their manuscripts in a manner and style that is intelligible to specialists and non-specialists alike. Research contributions, which are peer reviewed, are: Review Articles, Research Articles, and Perspective Articles. Book reviews are also considered.
