Furthermore, the questionnaire underwent face and content validation by experts and achieved a reliability coefficient of 0.88, 0.83, and 0.86 using the Cronbach Alpha method. In Addition, descriptive statistical tools like mean and standard deviation were used for analyzing research questions, while z-test statistical tool was used for testing null hypotheses.
